Off Campus Access to Online Databases

Due to licensing agreements, in order to access online databases from anywhere other than ASU-Beebe Campuses, you must be a member of our user group. This includes ASU-Beebe students, faculty, staff and administration. 

To access the online databases from off campus, enter your full ASUB email address as the user name and the password for your ASUB email account. You can also use the first part of your ASUB email (before the @) as the user name. If you forgot your password or need it reset, you can go to the ITS Technical Support Page at https://www.asub.edu/technical-support/. There are step-by-step instructions on how to do this, or you can contact ITS for assistance there.

If you are denied access to our online databases, first try clearing your browser history exiting the browser and restart it. If your browser tries to autofill, press the backspace key and put in your credentials manually. Sometimes a browser will remember an old password.
